The Ton’s Summer 2017 Release Blog Hop

Hello,

Today I'm participating The Ton's summer release. If you came from Janette Kausen's blog, you are not the right track, if not please start at the The Ton blog.

The Ton has 24 new stamps for their new Summer 2017 Release which includes up to four free gifts with purchases. For more information on The Ton’s incentive gifts, head over to The Ton’s blog. All new release products are available now!

I played a a little with these new Large Peony stamp and Fresh cut Anemones - stamp sets. Here are my projects:

On my first card, I stamped the large peony with light grey ink onto a grey card stock. This time I used coloured pencils only to colour the image. Here is a close-up from the flower.

On my second card, I used Fresh cut Anemones stamps set and watercolored the flowers. I used Distress Ink for watercolouring and I stamped the flowers first with the most detailed stamp on the set. Here is a close-up:

PRIZES:
Three $25 gift certificates to The Ton's shop will be given away to random commenters from the hop participant blogs.  To qualify, you must leave a comment on The Ton Blog Hop post. The comment period will close on Monday, June 12th at 11:59pm. Winners will be announced thereafter on The Ton’s blog.

    51. These cards are simply stunning. The peony looks so real I could reach out and touch it. Beautiful stamps.

      ReplyDelete
    52. I would have never looked at these stamps. Each one is more stunning. My favorite technique I learned from your blog is on the first piece, stamping in gray ink and then finishing with pencils. It made the flower look so soft. And the second card with the soft palette you chose is just lovely. Thank you.
